Sis. Lynda Mason

Our First Lady, the former Lynda Wright, was raised and educated in Abilene, Texas as a Pastor's Kid.  A graduate of Hardin-Simmons University, she is a retiree of Bryan ISD where she served 27 years as a counselor and social worker. Sis. Mason oversees the women’s ministry at SOF by organizing and hosting programs and services, such as women's bible studies and retreats. Our ministry exists to inspire, equip and support women to live in God’s purpose. Our First Lady’s vision is to create opportunities and resources for women to discover their individual gifts and be empowered to fulfill His purpose. Sis. Mason and Pastor have been married 40 plus years and are the proud parents of 3 children: Daryl (Shanita), Derrick (Crystal), DeeAnn (Lawrence), and 7 absolutely precious grandchildren.
